I do not accept insurance at this time. However, for patients with a PPO plan (out-of-network), I can offer an itemized superbill for insurance reimbursement. This document can be used by patients to submit a claim for reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and explore the following questions:

  • How many mental health sessions per calendar year does my insurance plan cover?

  • Are virtual telehealth psychotherapy covered by my plan?

  • What is the reimbursement rate per psychotherapy session?

  • Do I need to get a referral from an in-network provider in order to see someone out-of-network?

  • How do I obtain reimbursement for psychotherapy with an out-of-network provider?

  • Initial Consultation (15 minutes) - No charge

  • Therapy Sessions (50 minutes) - $210
