I am committed to providing evidence-based psychotherapy for patients seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and more flexibility in their emotionality. In our work, I offer a relational space to appreciate parts of you that want to grow and to challenge parts of you that feel stuck. I connect with my patients in a warm and steady manner, establishing trust that help us navigate both gratifying and challenging aspects of our work together.

Children and Adolescent Psychotherapy
Children and Adolescents — I specialize in treating children and adolescents who face challenges such as social withdrawal, acting out behaviors, academic stress, peer difficulties, and family issues. Through engaging in age-appropriate techniques, I help them develop coping skills, strengthen emotional expression, and build self-esteem. My goal is to provide a relationship that serve as a model for their development as they learn how to express their emotions and enter early adulthood.
Talk and Play Therapy — For adolescents who are struggling to put their feelings into words, I incorporate a mix of talk and play therapy in sessions. The format of play therapy is used to help adolescents process and navigate overwhelming feelings through play.
Parent Collateral — Collaboration is an important aspect in my practice, especially when it comes to working with adolescents and their parents. I focus on maintaining a close connection with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to treatment. By establishing strong rapport with parents, we can monitor and track progress not only during therapy sessions, but also in other contexts of the adolescent’s daily life —at home and in school. The frequency and duration of parent collateral sessions will vary depending on the specific needs of the patient.
Couples Relationship — I work with couples who are feeling disconnected and struggling to navigate challenges in their relationship. My approach to couples therapy sees conflict as a natural part of growth—an opportunity for partners to navigate differences, understand each other’s evolving needs, and strengthen their bond. Our work together focuses on identifying unproductive patterns, exploring how past experiences shape current dynamics, and building skills to manage conflict constructively. We’ll deepen intimacy, trust, and respect, while fostering personal growth and the capacity for deeper connection. Whether you’re navigating a crisis, life transition, or seeking a stronger relationship, couples therapy offers the tools to create lasting, meaningful change. My task is to help couples cultivate a more mutually-fulfilling partnership.
